Reservation Policy

Green Lake Suites room reservations are guaranteed by advance deposit. We reserve the right to accept guaranteed reservations only.                    

Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and subject to a 5.5% state and 7% city tax. 

• Disturbing other guests is not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel hospitality to any guest who disturbs other guests. 
• All rooms and interior spaces are non-smoking.  Non-compliance allows the hotel to charge a penalty of $200 in accordance with the applicable law.
• WI-FI internet is free with password at check-in
• Green Lake Motel reserves the right to enter the room due to safety and security reasons.
• Certain rooms are pet friendly allowing 1 small dog at $30/night rate
• Green Lake Motel takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle on the parking lot.
• Any damage caused by a guest to our motel property is the sole responsibility of the guest and the cost of the repair/replacement shall be charged to the credit card on file for the guest.
• All departures after 11 AM mayl be considered as late departure and could result in the guest being charged for an extra night/or late fee
• Guests are not permitted to take any motel room inventory such as:.pillows, decor items, towels, blankets,  etc

Each person beyond double occupancy is $15 extra (no charge for children 16 and under). All rates are subject to change and availability and do not include applicable taxes. Rollaway beds are $15 per night. Reservations during special events and some weekends may be subject to additional guidelines stated at the time of reservation.

Early departures or reservations canceled 7 days or less  of the arrival date are charged a non-refundable 1 night stay per room canceled.  All reservations canceled prior to 7 days will be charged a $30 per room service fee.
