Reservation Policy

Green Lake Suites room reservations are guaranteed by advance deposit equal to a minimum of one night stay. We reserve the right to accept guaranteed reservations only.                    

Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and subject to a 5.5% state and 7% city tax. 

Each person beyond double occupancy is $15 extra (no charge for children 16 and under). All rates are subject to change and availability and do not include applicable taxes. Rollaway beds are $15 per night. Reservations during special events and some weekends may be subject to additional guidelines stated at the time of reservation.

Early departures or reservations canceled within 7 days of the arrival date are non refundable.  All reservations cancelled outside of 7 days will be charged a $30 service fee.
